MU, a residential project with a sustainable perspective

MU, a multi-generational residence, designed in collaboration with Bisson | associés architectes, is continuing its construction in the booming Îlot Lapointe sector.
Quebec's first TOD (Transit Oriented Development) project, the building will be developed around the future tramway in order to promote intelligent densification and sustainable mobility. Its 435 units will offer their residents an active and communal lifestyle, in line with WELL certification requirements.
Carried out on behalf of Immostar, in partnership with Claridge and Fiera Immobilier, MU is slated for completion the summer of 2021.
